I didn't think I'd like some of the meals but since deciding to commit to the diet I have found the meals are absolutely "YUMMY" , my wife is tempted to go with the diet as well .
50/50 on the meal replacement sachet. Adding beans to extend 1 meal into 2 is great, however maybe some direction. ie 1st couple of meals we added 1 which seemed quite large . Finally checked the calories of bean addition against the meal pamphlet we have now sorted the problem.
I only received my 7 day meal plan a couple of days ago and was very happy with the variety and packaging of the meals. Will be ordering again.
